Ensure accurate implementation of compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and employee administration.
Monitor HR metrics, prepare workforce reports, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
Support organizational change initiatives, transformation programs, and continuous improvement projects.
Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and site practices comply with company standards and applicable regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Master's degree is an advantage.
Minimum 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience within the mining, oil & gas, heavy industry, EPC, manufacturing, or other large industrial operations.
Previous experience working in remote or site-based environments is highly preferred.
Strong experience supporting large operational workforces in dynamic project or production environments.
