Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services across the organization.
Build strong relationships with business leaders, employees, and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including several years in an HR leadership position.
Previous experience within the mining, heavy industry, manufacturing, energy, or EPC sectors is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment law and HR best practices.
Demonstrated experience in organizational development, talent management, industrial relations, and change management.
Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
