Brunel is recruiting a Travel Logistics Coordinator on behalf of a growing Perth-based business that supports clients across the energy, resources and infrastructure sectors. The business provides embedded workforce and project support capability across a range of operational and project environments.

With continued demand across its client base, the team is looking to appoint a capable, organised and detail-focused coordinator to support the mobilisation of personnel across onshore and offshore scopes.

  • Manage and maintain master rosters in line with client and project requirements
  • Book flights, accommodation, transfers and offshore movements including helicopter logistics where required
  • Prepare and distribute travel manifests, mobilisation schedules and travel instructions
  • Enter personnel information and compliance documentation into client travel systems
  • Liaise with clients, site contacts, vessel administrators and internal teams regarding mobilisation requirements
  • Support charter flight coordination where required
  • Ensure personnel receive timely and accurate mobilisation information prior to deployment

Job Requirements

You will be an organised and dependable coordinator who is comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a structured, deadline-driven environment. You will ideally bring:

  • Previous experience in travel coordination, logistics or mobilisation
  • Experience booking flights, accommodation and coordinating personnel movements
  • Strong Excel capability and confidence managing spreadsheets and rosters
  • High attention to detail and strong administrative discipline
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders
  • A professional, team-focused approach with the ability to work at pace

Candidates from travel, workforce logistics, site administration, Oil & Gas, mining or broader project environments will all be considered. Experience in mobilisation or workforce coordination will be highly regarded.
