- Identify and win new business across independent dental clinics, multi‑site practices, dental corporates, universities and hospitals
- Develop and execute territory growth plans
- Build strong, long‑term relationships with practice owners, managers and procurement teams
- Deliver tailored proposals, quotes and service agreements
- Achieve sales and revenue targets
- Conduct regular client visits to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
- Represent EcoCycle at industry events, trade shows and conferences
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipelines and forecasts
- Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development or account management (healthcare or dental highly regarded)
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders and decision‑makers
- Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building skills
- Target‑driven, self‑motivated and comfortable working autonomously
- Commercially minded with a customer‑first approach
- Passion for sustainability, compliance and responsible waste management
- Valid Australian working rights and driver's licence
