- Develop and execute strategic account plans to retain and grow business with major mining clients, ensuring alignment with their operational and sustainability goals.
- Build deep, long-term relationships with procurement, operations, and technical teams across key mine sites, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine account strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Partner with technical and product support teams to deliver tailored equipment solutions and responsive post-sales service.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing frameworks, and service agreements with a focus on lifecycle value and mutual commercial success.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings, strengthening brand presence and market credibility.
- Extensive experience in mining, OEM, or heavy industrial sectors
- Established Tier-1 mining network within Western Australia
- Experience in capital equipment, fleet strategy, or asset lifecycle management
- Ability to develop long-term account plans, analyse market data, and adapt strategies in a dynamic, competitive landscape.
- Self-motivated and comfortable operating with a high degree of independence
