As a Sales Estimator, you'll play a key role in the pre-construction phase, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver accurate, competitive, and high-quality pricing.
- Preparing detailed cost estimates for custom residential projects
- Reviewing plans, specifications, and tender documentation
- Working closely with clients, sales consultants, and drafting teams
- Managing pricing, variations, and cost planning
- Using Buildertrend software to manage and track estimates
- Ensuring all estimates align with project scope, budgets, and timelines
- Must be over 5 years' experience in residential estimating, with a strong focus on sales estimating
- Proven experience working on custom / high-end homes
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costing
- Experience with Buildertrend software is essential
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset
- Accurate, timely estimates that win work
- Strong collaboration with internal teams
- A seamless transition from pricing to project commencement
