- Create and deploy a medium/long term business strategy.
- Forward sales negotiations in compliance with company directives.
- Consolidate business relationships with existing customers by providing technical-commercial support.
- Generate potential contacts (leads) for possible promotion to prospects.
- Constantly update the CRM.
- Prepare reports and sales statistics on a well-defined range of customers
- Recovering customers who have stopped buying, increasing customer loyalty below a defined turnover value.
- 8+ years of experience in sales management or business management in ATEX sector.
- Bachelor's degree or above in electrical or related area.
- Familiar with end users and EPCs in Oil & Gas industry and other related.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English and Chinese Language skill
