As a Piping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and inspection of piping systems on various project sites. You will lead a team of technicians and contractors, ensuring all work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications. Your role will involve coordinating with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver high-quality results within deadlines and budget constraints.
Key responsibilities include: - Supervising piping installation and fabrication activities
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies - Monitoring the progress and quality of work on-site
- Conducting inspections and preparing reports - Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues
- Training and mentoring junior staff and subcontractors
- Proven experience as a Piping Supervisor in the oil & gas, construction, or industrial sectors - Strong knowledge of piping codes, standards, and welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications - Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with safety regulations and risk management practices - Relevant certifications in piping supervision or related fields are preferred
- Willingness to work in diverse locations and flexible working hours
