Interface Management
- Act as the focal point between civil/structural and other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, piping, HSE, QA/QC, logistics).
- Lead interface coordination meetings, ensuring issues are identified, tracked, and resolved.
- Manage interface documentation and ensure full traceability.
- Anticipate and resolve cross-discipline conflicts.
- Oversee contractual interfaces including deviations, concessions, and non-conformities.
Technical & Operational Leadership
- Lead all civil/structural site activities through to commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, HSE, quality, and schedule.
- Provide technical support on construction, claims, and contractor correspondence.
- Monitor and evaluate EPC contractor performance and progress.
Team Leadership
- Manage and develop multidisciplinary site teams.
- Promote collaboration and a strong safety culture across all activities.
