  • Provide cost, schedule, and progress control leadership, including reporting and forecasting
  • Develop and maintain CBS, OCB/CCB, project schedules, and budgeting processes
  • Lead Project Controls Plan and Management of Change (MOC) processes
  • Conduct monthly stewardship reviews and support Gate/approval milestones
  • Coordinate estimating, planning, and cost control activities
  • Analyze project performance, identify risks, and prepare forecasts
  • Interface with finance on budgets, AFEs, invoices, and work-in-place
  • Oversee contractor performance in cost, schedule, and progress control
  • Review and endorse contractor baselines, forecasts, and change proposals
  • Support corrective actions and recovery plans
  • Lead project controls team and coordinate across stakeholders
  • Mentor team members and ensure alignment on key deliverables
  • Support reporting, presentations, and project close-out activities
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • Strong experience in cost and schedule project controls
  • Supervisory experience required
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Willing to relocate and work on-site/overseas
