On behalf of our client, a World Leader within the Energy / Oil & Gas industry, Brunel is presently sourcing an Organisational Change Management Advisor to support projects impacting people, processes, organisational structures and systems. This will be a 6-month contract based in the Perth CBD.
Job Descriptions
You will work closely with Project Teams and stakeholders to develop and deliver change plans that support successful adoption and long-term outcomes.
- Develop and implement Change Management strategies and plans
- Conduct change impact assessments and identify people-related risks
- Deliver communication, training and sustainment activities
- Coach Managers and Supervisors through change transitions
- Support Project Teams to embed change activities into project plans
- Monitor project progress, stakeholder engagement and change outcomes
- Maintain change registers and support coordination of change initiatives
- Collaborate with HR, Training, Corporate Affairs, Technology and Continuous Improvement teams
Job Requirements
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies - PROSCI accredited
- Expertise supporting organisational change initiatives
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement change management plans
- Strong organisational and coordination capabilities
- Collaborative, proactive and team-focused approach
