  • Supervise and coordinate all structural construction, fabrication, and installation activities.
  • Ensure all work is carried out safely, maintaining compliance with safety standards and procedures.
  • Review and verify construction drawings, specifications, and welding procedures.
  • Monitor progress and productivity of welding, cutting, and assembly operations.
  • Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure structural integrity and compliance.
  • Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and installation teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain records of activities, inspections, and compliance documentation.
  • Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies on site.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Structural, or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in structural supervision, preferably in offshore or FPSO projects.
  • Knowledge of relevant codes standards (e.g., AWS, ASME, API).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a multidisciplinary team environment.
