Project Planning & Execution
- Lead project execution from kickoff through final acceptance and project closeout.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate project activities across engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning, and service teams.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to achieve project objectives.
Scope, Cost & Schedule Management
- Manage project scope in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Track project costs, revenue, and profitability.
- Ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved within agreed timelines.
- Manage change orders and variations to maximize project performance.
Resource Planning & Allocation
- Plan and optimize project resources to ensure effective project delivery.
- Coordinate with functional managers to secure required resources.
- Monitor resource utilization and workload distribution.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Conduct regular project reviews and status meetings.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Change Management
- Evaluate and manage project changes and their impact on scope, cost, schedule, and resources.
- Ensure all changes are properly documented, reviewed, approved, and communicated.
- Drive effective implementation of approved changes.
Reporting & Governance
- Prepare and present project performance reports to management and customers.
- Track project KPIs, financial performance, risks, and delivery metrics.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Support project reviews, audits, and governance requirements.
