- Lead cost planning and hard-dollar estimating across major high-rise andmixed-use projects
- Work closely with development and design teams on feasibility, design input and value engineering
- Manage end-to-end tender submissions
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Identify commercial risks and opportunities
- Influence project outcomes from concept through to delivery
- 10+ years' experience in estimating and cost planning
- Senior Estimator experience with a Tier 1 / Tier 2 builder or developer
- Strong hard-dollar estimating and cost planning capability
- Experience across large-scale residential or mixed-use projects
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Confident managing internal and external stakeholders
- Full Australian working rights
- Work on major high-rise and landmark projects
- Strong pipeline of large-scale developments
- Exposure across both development and construction
