As SAP Coordinator, you will provide functional support and continuous improvement across SAP environments, including Finance, Contract & Procurement, and upcoming Maintenance processes.
You will act as the local SAP focal point, coordinating with headquarters to implement upgrades and manage user authorisations in compliance with governance standards.
Your responsibilities include delivering technical and functional support to key users, overseeing support tickets, conducting functional testing, and identifying training needs.
you will manage SAP user accounts and roles, ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX IT affiliate controls, and produce regular governance and performance reports.
Training a national resource to ensure long-term sustainability is also part of your mission.
Requirements:
Confirmed experience with SAP ECC6
Advanced skills in SAP FICO and SAP Controlling
Advanced knowledge of RCMP (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)
Elementary knowledge of SAP PM, International Accounting, Management Accounting, and Purchase processes
Advanced employee training capabilities
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to coordinate with international teams and manage multiple stakeholders
Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Willingness and ability to travel regularly to Namibia (at least once a month)
