职位描述

  • Responsible for the overall management, safety, and operational performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with HSE policies, conducting pre-tour meetings, and maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Managing daily drilling activities, maintenance, and rig mobilization/demobilization (moving/setting up).
  • Leading, mentoring, and scheduling crews, including on-the-job training and performance management.
  • Acting as the primary liaison with operators, reporting on production, and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
  • Coordinating equipment supplies (pipe, fuel) and ensuring the repair/maintenance of drilling machinery.

  • 15+ years of extensive managerial experience in offshore drilling rigs.
  • Salary:
    • Monthly salary in QAR Plus Allowance
