What You'll Do
- Act as the subject matter expert for Family, Wills & Estates products.
- Deliver product demos, workflow consultations, and tailored client education sessions.
- Support onboarding, adoption, and implementation best practices.
- Collaborate with Sales and CRM teams to identify adoption and growth opportunities.
- Build trusted, long-term client relationships and provide ongoing optimisation support.
This is a client-facing, commercially-minded role with opportunities to grow into a sales-facing position.
About You
- Must have full Australian working rights.
- Practical experience or exposure to law, estates, or family practice, ideally as a paralegal, legal admin, or similar client engagement role.
- Strong client focus with a confident and engaging communication style, (ideally) experienced in working with senior partners and decision-makers in law firms, and able to build trusted, long-term client relationships.
- Enjoys unpacking complex legal processes and explaining them simply.
- Commercially aware but value and consultative-led, not hard-selling.
- Comfortable travelling and demoing products with clients.
