As Pre-Contracts Manager, you will lead the full pre-contracts function across the business, taking ownership of tender strategy, estimating oversight, commercial positioning and bid submission quality.
Working closely with senior leadership, engineering, design and delivery teams, you will ensure proposals are compliant, competitive and aligned with the company's growth objectives. You will also act as a key client interface during the tender phase, supporting clarification meetings, presentations and commercial discussions.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who understands both the commercial and delivery requirements of mining projects and can bring structure, discipline and strategic thinking to the tendering process.
Key Responsibilities
You will bring strong experience across pre-contracts, estimating, bid management or commercial tender leadership within mining, heavy industrial or engineering and construction environments.
You will be comfortable leading multidisciplinary tender teams, reviewing technical and commercial information, engaging with clients and ensuring tenders are well structured, accurate and commercially robust.
