We are seeking an experienced Lead Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and development of high-precision mechanical systems for advanced semiconductor equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in precision engineering, product development, technical leadership, and cross-functional collaboration within the semiconductor industry. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 12+ years of experience in the semiconductor equipment industry.
- Strong expertise in precision mechanical design and product development.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and driving technical decisions.
- Hands-on knowledge of GD&T, DFM, DFA, and DFMEA.
- Experience with NX, SolidWorks, Creo, or similar 3D CAD tools.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary and global engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with leading semiconductor equipment manufacturers is highly preferred.
- Global engineering exposure - Work with international teams on machines used in advanced semiconductor fabs, analytical laboratories, and medical facilities.
