  • Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of all instrumentation and control systems on the FPSO.
  • Lead and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring that all instruments operate within specified parameters and comply with international standards.
  • Develop and manage work plans, schedules, and personnel assignments for the instrumentation team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation issues, providing technical support as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices while maintaining high standards of quality in all work performed.
  • Prepare documentation and reports for project management, including progress updates and incident reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including maintenance, operations, and engineering, to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in instrumentation supervision, preferably in the oil and gas or marine industry.
  • Strong knowledge of control systems, instrumentation equipment, and relevant industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
