Administer and manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, from award to close-out.
Monitor contract performance, deliverables, milestones, and compliance with contractual obligations.
Support contract negotiations, amendments, variations, and claims management.
Maintain contract documentation and ensure accurate record management.
Coordinate with project, procurement, legal, and operational teams to resolve contractual issues.
Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, governance requirements, and applicable regulations.
Prepare contract reports and provide commercial support to project stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or commercial roles within the mining, oil & gas, energy, EPC, or heavy industrial sectors.
Strong understanding of contract administration, commercial terms, procurement processes, and contract governance.
Experience supporting complex project contracts and multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Professional proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Willingness to work at the project site as required.
