职位描述

  • Administer and manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, from award to close-out.
  • Monitor contract performance, deliverables, milestones, and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Support contract negotiations, amendments, variations, and claims management.
  • Maintain contract documentation and ensure accurate record management.
  • Coordinate with project, procurement, legal, and operational teams to resolve contractual issues.
  • Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, governance requirements, and applicable regulations.
  • Prepare contract reports and provide commercial support to project stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or commercial roles within the mining, oil & gas, energy, EPC, or heavy industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of contract administration, commercial terms, procurement processes, and contract governance.
  • Experience supporting complex project contracts and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Willingness to work at the project site as required.
