Support accident prevention actions and training programs in Health, Environment and Safety (HSE), focusing on the highest-risk activities in the workplace.
Assist the HSE Analyst in the area's demands in offshore units, including inspections, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives in health and safety.
Contribute to the implementation of new HSE initiatives, working together with the Operations area to ensure their application.
Use and support the Safety Management programs and systems adopted by the company, strengthening the HSE culture in the facilities.
Support the review of HSE procedures and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Support training and qualification programs, including identifying skills gaps and monitoring the completion of necessary training.
Facilitate regional and regulatory training, when necessary.
Completed or ongoing higher education, or completed technical education in Occupational Safety or related areas.
Previous experience in Health, Environment and Safety (HSE/SMS).
Experience in offshore, industrial or high-risk environments will be considered a plus.
