Support the organization and execution of physical and mental well-being initiatives, social actions, training, and development and engagement programs.
Assist in the internal communication of the area's initiatives, preparing announcements, executive summaries, presentations, and promotional materials.
Update management presentations and executive materials for project and indicator monitoring.
Perform administrative and operational controls for the area, ensuring the organization and quality of information.
Support the monitoring of indicators, reports, and internal controls.
Conduct payment processes related to suppliers, events, services, and materials, interfacing with internal areas and external partners.
Support the logistical organization of training, events, and corporate actions.
Work closely with different areas of the company, ensuring alignment and support for the demands of the Organizational Development area.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields
Prior experience in training, development, recruitment, or related areas will be considered a plus
Advanced English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Organized, analytical profile with good skills in creating presentations and executive materials
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple demands
