Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Welding Supervisor or similar role in construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors - In-depth knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and equipment
- Strong understanding of welding codes and standards (e.g., AWS, ASME) - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding procedures
- Excellent leadership and team management skills - Strong commitment to safety regulations and quality assurance
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Relevant welding certifications and supervisory qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
