A highly respected national builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a significant hospital development involving both new build construction and vertical expansion works.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a complex, high-profile project and work alongside one of the strongest project delivery teams in the industry.
Job Descriptions
- Manage all day-to-day site operations from construction through to completion.
- Lead site teams, Foremen, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Drive programme outcomes while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate complex construction activities within an operational healthcare environment.
- Manage site logistics, sequencing, and stakeholder interfaces.
- Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with project specifications and compliance requirements.
- Foster a positive and high-performing site culture.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering large-scale commercial construction projects.
- Health, education, or complex institutional project experience highly regarded.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent understanding of safety, programme management, and quality systems.
- Ability to manage large site teams and multiple work fronts simultaneously.
