Job Descriptions
The Site Engineer will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of civil infrastructure projects. Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, the successful candidate will assist in planning, coordination, and on-site execution to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Provide technical support to site teams and subcontractors
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and programming
- Prepare and review RFIs, variations, and project documentation
- Monitor quality assurance and ensure compliance with specifications
- Conduct site inspections and manage daily site activities
- Track project progress and contribute to cost control
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and suppliers
Job Requirements
- Experience in civil construction (subdivisions, earthworks, drainage, or infrastructure projects preferred)
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering
