We are currently recruiting 3 x Site Administrators on behalf of a growing mining organisation to support operational teams across Western Australia.
Two positions will commence directly on an 8 days on / 6 days off FIFO roster, while the third position will initially be Perth based for approximately one month before transitioning to the same FIFO roster.
Job Descriptions
These are hands-on site administration roles suited to experienced administrators who are comfortable working in fast-paced mining and operational environments.
The Role
Working closely with site leadership, supervisors and operational teams, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure site activities run smoothly and personnel requirements are effectively coordinated.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating personnel mobilisation and demobilisation
- Managing site rosters, travel and accommodation arrangements
- Maintaining employee, contractor and site records
- Assisting with timesheets, payroll information and workforce reporting
- Coordinating onboarding, inductions and site access requirements
- Maintaining training, competency, medical and compliance records
- Preparing and maintaining registers, reports and general site documentation
- Assisting with purchase orders, invoices and general project administration
- Coordinating PPE, consumables and site supplies where required
- Supporting HSE and operational documentation
- Liaising with site personnel, contractors, suppliers and internal support teams
- Providing general administrative support to site management and operations
Job Requirements
To be successful, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Site Administrator, Project Administrator, Mobilisation Administrator or similar
- Experience within mining, resources, drilling, construction or heavy industry
- Previous FIFO or site-based experience highly regarded
- Strong experience coordinating rosters, travel and personnel movements
- Good understanding of mobilisation, onboarding and site compliance requirements
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, flexible and team-focused approach
- Availability to commence immediately
- Willingness to work an 8/6 FIFO roster
