* Comply with IMS and all relevant international rules and regulations;

* Ensure all your duties in accordance with quality, health, safety, environmental and ethics policies;

* Propose a continuous performance improvement plan which will be reported and reviewed on a periodical basis;

* Manage your team to ensure its efficiency;

* Identify training requirements for your team;

* Encourage your team to improve their knowledge, skills and training;

* Set up and ensure continued operation, reporting, briefings and meetings when relevant;

* NB Quality Assurance Activity. Manage the NB Quality Assurance team

* Develop the NB Quality Assurance activity and review the roadmap

* Develop the Maker audit plan

* In charge of the Quality Assurance reporting

* Participate in shipyard's and Maker's audit and follow-up of the actions

* Participate in the improvement of the Supervision process. In coordination with Area Managers and Site Managers, maps the existing process, and prepare proposal for process improvements including trainings.

* NB Safety Management activity: Coordinate the NB Safety Management team

* Develop the NB Safety Management activity and review the roadmap

* Develop the safety training plan

* In charge of the NB Safety Management reporting

*

* In coordination with NB environment representative, participate in developing with yard Environmental roadmap.

* From time to time, participate in the review of Newbuilding Specifications and specific missions.

Job Requirements

Minimum education and qualifications (STCW for seafarers)

Graduated in engineering, naval architecture or maritime school.

Experience

3 years in maritime industry.

Special knowledge and skills

* Ability to work both independently and in a team-based environment;

* Demonstrated willingness to be flexible to change priorities;
