Key responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and supervise daily construction operations across, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation and HVAC scopes.
  • Implement and enforce HSE policies and promote a strong safety culture; chair safety meetings and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and maintain construction schedules, monitor progress, identify critical paths and drive corrective actions to meet milestones.
  • Manage construction budgets, cost control, progress reporting and change order evaluation.
  • Oversee subcontractor selection, performance, contract administration and site coordination.
  • Ensure construction quality through inspections, punch lists, nonconformance reporting and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate interfaces with engineering, procurement, commissioning, QA/QC and client representatives.
  • Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, manpower logs, progress photos and documentation for handover.
  • Support commissioning activities and turnover to operations, including punch-list closure and as-built documentation.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Construction Management or related engineering field.
  • 10+ years' construction experience, with minimum 5 years managing large EPC or LNG/energy projects.
  • Strong knowledge of LNG process equipment, cryogenic piping, storage tanks, pressure vessels and relevant standards (API, ASME, NFPA, IEC).
  • Proven expertise in construction planning (MS Project/Primavera), cost control, contract management and HSE leadership.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
