Job Descriptions
This position reports to the Grading and Packing Manager, assisting with daily grading operations, team coordination, and equipment and stock management. The role supports a safe, efficient workplace, encourages team growth, and helps drive ongoing improvements to meet productivity and operational targets.
Responsibilties:
- Oversee grading and packing operations
- Provide leadership support and coordinate teamactivities
- Take ownership of safety and compliance
- Monitor inventory, equipment, and resources
- Assist with planning, reporting and improvement
Job Requirements
You Will:
- Have a minimum of three years' experience in a supervisory role within food manufacturing, agriculture or production
- Experience in grading and packing
- Have a sound understanding of workplace health & safety
- Be diligent with records and reports
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environement
