- Lead and manage the design and coordination of all building services (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire)
- Collaborate closely with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams
- Drive design outcomes to meet project budgets, timelines, and quality expectations
- Identify and mitigate design risks and buildability challenges early in the process
- Review and manage design documentation to ensure compliance with relevant standards and project requirements
- Support project delivery teams throughout construction with technical expertise
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
- Proven experience in a similar Services Design Manager or Building Services role within the construction industry
- Experience on projects up to $100M
- Strong technical knowledge across multiple building services disciplines
- Experience working on large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate complex design processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Relevant engineering or building services qualification (preferred)
