On behalf of our client, a World Leading Energy Company, Brunel is presently recruiting a Site Services Coordinator. Join a high-performing team supporting critical onshore operations, playing a key role in delivering safe, reliable, and efficient site services whilst upholding world-class operational standards. 12 month contract, 14:14 roster, FIFO from Perth.

You will provide operational oversight to Supply Chain Management Business Partners ensuring contracted scopes of work are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with Operational Excellence (OE) standards. A key interface between Contractors, Site Teams and Perth-based stakeholders, contributing to the success of ongoing operations and major capital projects.

  • Oversee tactical execution of contracts and ensure delivery against scope
  • Champion strong safety, environmental and Operational Excellence culture
  • Partner with Business Partners and Contract Owners to meet contractual obligations
  • Monitor and report on non-conformances and contract performance
  • Review and approve invoices and claims for payment
  • Manage Personnel on Board (POB) forecasting and resource utilisation
  • Analyse operational data to support decision-making and performance improvements
  • Drive process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support execution of Major Capital Projects (MCP)
  • Conduct contractor audits, inspections, and safety engagements
  • Review and approve Permit to Work activities including Area Controller duties
  • Support incident management, investigations and close-out verification
  • Facilitate engagement between contractors and key site stakeholders
  • Participate in emergency management exercises and site readiness activities
  • A proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Thrive in a dynamic site environment and are committed to safety and operational excellence
  • Previous experience in Site Services, Supply Chain OR Operations (Oil & Gas or similar industry preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of contractor management and contract execution
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership and compliance
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Advanced MS Excel capability is essential
  • Experience with Permit to Work systems and site-based operations - highly regarded
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
