On behalf of our client, a High Profile Global Energy Corporation, Brunel have a great 12-month Contract opportunity for a Senior Project Engineer (Structural) with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
The Senior Project Engineer will provide support in the management of structural reviews and will work close with the delivery teams on the design and installation/integration of the structures.

  • Reporting to the Subsea Integration Lead.
  • Supporting the Package Leads in the management of all aspects of the structural review in the OIC, SCMS & HV contracts.
  • Working closely with the delivery teams on the design and installation/integration of the structures.
  • Support all aspects of the structural reviews.
  • Interface with delivery teams to understand and coordinate the constrains and boundaries in the design and fabrication of all packages to support the transport and installation scopes.
  • Supporting the delivery of OIC and HV and ensuring all structural interfaces are defined, developed and closed prior to loadout.
  • Coordinate and interface with all parties, as required to oversee the Top of Line Corrosion mitigation strategies, identifying and defining all recovery alternatives to ensure a robust holistic series of decisions and associated solutions are identified, mapped and presented.

  • Structural Engineering degree required with 15 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas.
  • Previous subsea experience in an Oil and Gas Operator on Capital Projects is required
  • Previous experience with subsea structures & spool design and installation analysis is required.
  • Demonstrated good interface management skills
  • Demonstrated aptitude to organize, prioritize and deliver against Project Requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and build key relationships that contribute to high performing teams.
  • Demonstrated commitment to values of diversity and inclusion, high performance, integrity and trust, partnership and protecting people and the environment.
