  • Be fully aware of the Project HSE requirements
  • Assist and Support Project Control Manager in Project Planning and Progress reporting
  • Ensure implementation of the COMPANY's Contract requirements in area of responsibility and report any deviation to the Project Manager through the line responsible
  • Ensure that all activities and works in the Area of responsibility are done in full compliance with the HSE requirements of the COMPANY and the relevant authorities
  • Follow up, monitor and control of the Project overall and detailed schedules on Site and reportdeviations and areas of concern to Project Management
  • Coordinate the schedule follow-up and reporting from different project team members
  • Follow up the overall and discipline detailed schedules on site and coordinate progress
  • Support Project Team members in analyzing schedules and progress information within the respective disciplines
  • Coordinate and prepare planning and progress information for the Project Monthly Reports
  • Developing Project Schedules and support in planning, prioritizing
  • Coordinate the review and comment on Contractor Monthly reports
  • Coordinate, follow-up and control the Project cost
  • Coordinate and prepare planning and progress information for the Project Monthly Reports
  • Review and control invoices from Contractor and other sources for approval by Project Manager
  • Coordinate and prepare the Project Monthly reports and Steering Committee presentations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline from a recognized University
  • 7+ years direct and relevant discipline experience in large EPCC Projects related to oil/gas orpetrochemical or fertiliser industry
