  • Perth based with role evolving into a site execution support role as contractor onboarding and deployment concludes providing general HSE and campaign support

An exciting opportunity for a HES Specialist with strong experience in Contractor Management to coordinate an extensive number of Phase 4 Execution contracts for HSE interface requirements regarding post-award deliverables and onboarding of new contractors across compression project scopes.

The role will support HSE team focal points and Delivery Teams with contract execution and contractor performance management as the project progresses through Phase 4 via regular assurance activities such as inspections, audits and performance reviews.
The role will evolve into a site execution support role as contractor onboarding and deployment concludes and will provide general HSE and campaign support to construction, Subsea Compression Station fabrication (Norway) and Field Control Station topside fabrication (Asia).

  • OHS Degree or other equivalent relevant professional qualifications
  • More than 10 years’ experience in directly working with contractors to deliver HSEperformance outcomes.
  • Oil and Gas Operator experience highly regarded
  • Experience working in the execution phase of a major capital project (MCP)
  • Familiarity with an oil and gas operators contractual expectations for HSE management systems and performance.
  • Broad knowledge of oil & gas operational excellence processes and experience
  • supporting practical application of them in a field execution environment.
  • Understanding of an Operations Excellence Assurance framework and how to supportaudit and inspection programs
  • Previous experience in building and maintaining positive working relationships withcontractors/business partners and internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge and experience in Incident Investigation & Reporting procedures andability to review and facilitate investigations
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills and the ability to engage withall levels of the business in a professional and courteous manner and be proficient in
    the Microsoft suite of applications
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and build key relationships that contribute to high-class business results
