About this role: Compliance Analyst
Brunel is looking for Compliance Analyst for a permanent role in one of our O&G clients as the profile below.
Responsible for planning, execution, verification and correction/improvement of the processes related to Compliance Policy and Guidelines.
Ensure the implementation and maintenance of Compliance Program.
To keep the documents that make-up the Compliance Program, including records, in a controlled, updated and available manner, providing continuous improvement and adequacy of them.
Implement the process of initial training and recycling of the members on / offshore, including the execution of presential trainings and development of didactic materials;
Support and influence the management in the building of a robust Compliance Culture based on ethical standards of behavior;
To be a focal point in the due diligence process, both in the
interfaces with subcontracted company for the execution of the verifications, as well as in the management of any identified conflicts and risks;
Transmit compliance-related information to the company and stakeholders through follow-up reports, performance indicators (KPIs), regular e-mails and meetings;
Be part of investigations of events not desired or conflicting with the compliance requirements provided by policy and guidelines;
Document findings, propose improvements and / or relevant changes;
Disseminate findings to Leadership and ensure follow-up on implementation of recommendations as well as resolution;
To be focal point in the management of any complaints, complaints or suggestions from the Ethics Line Channel addressed or matched to activities.
Perform other assigned tasks associated with the current Compliance Program.
Fluent Portuguese and English;
Advanced knowledge of the office package;
