About this role: Administrator

We are currently hiring two administrators for our petrochemical client. The administrator will be responsible for supporting administrative duties and tasks for the site. This is a 12-month contract opportunity.


  • Day-to-day administration support aligned to the Administrator categories of work:
  • Tactical support for site events/tours, ordering and distribution
  • Executing purchase requestions
  • Various training, time entry, Sharepoint, procedures and reporting support
  • Tactical support for community outreach programs
  • Provides information and guidance to assist others in utilizing existing systems, processes, and programs
  • File management electronic/hard copy



  • Minimum Grade 12 education plus 4+ years combination of applicable post-secondary education and related relevant experience
  • Must be proficient in Sharepoint and MS Office Suite (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, One Drive, Teams)
  • Knowledge of SAP; appropriate SAP training will be provided
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with others in a team environment
  • Organization and time management skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Written and verbal communication
  • A strong commitment to safety
