Technical Assistant (Bilingual)

Brunel International is a leading provider of engineering and technical services to the energy industry. We are looking for a Technical Assistant to join our team and help us provide quality service to our clients.

• The Technical Assistant will be responsible for providing assistance to technical personnel and performing general administrative functions;
• The successful candidate must have a diploma in engineering trade, experience in data preparation, updating well completion schematics, contract requisitions, work request & material requisitions, drawings for technical reports and maintaining records of overtime, travel time and other staff allowances;
• The ideal candidate must also have computer knowledge and hands-on experience in MS Office application software as well as fluency in Arabic & English writing & speaking.

• Diploma in Engineering Trade;
• Experience in Providing Assistance To Technical Personnel and General Admin Functions;
• Computer Knowledge and hands on Experience in MS Office Application software;
• Fluent in Arabic & English Writing & Speaking;
• Data Preparation;
• Updating well Completion schematics;
• Contract Requisitions, work Request & Material Requisitions;
• Drawings for Technical Reports;
• Maintaining Records of overtime, travel time and other staff allowances;
• Temporary/Permanent Field Passes from Contractors & well Surveillance Team Personnel.
