About this role: Short-term Scheduler
On behalf of our client, a World Leader within the Oil & Gas / Energy sector, Brunel is presently seeking an experienced Short-term Scheduler with specific SAP experience for a 12 month contract located in the Perth CBD.
- Ensuring schedule capacity is correct against available resources
- Work is executable against Plan Entry Criteria – materials, vendors, scope
- Ensuring the IAP / 120D Plan is followed and escalating any risks if identified to Senior Planner
- Optimising package outages to limit equipment downtime / isolations
- Liaising with stakeholders across Planning, Engineering, Brownfields, Campaign and the Offshore Facility
- Preparing the date range for handover to the Short-term Scheduler 1 in readiness for delivery to the Facility
- Delivering an executable schedule to the FPSO Team in accordance with processes and team calendar
- Supports the Rescheduling process following execution completion
- Planning and Scheduling Process Focal for the broader Team
- Utilisation of SAP (essential), Prometheus and Primavera 6
- Engagement and interaction with the Offshore Team and the broader Team
- Raising and actioning of MoCs (Management of Change Requests) for either break in works or master data updates
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge and experience in SAP is essential
- Prometheus and Primavera 6 is desirable
- Extensive Scheduling experience
- Confident communication skills to engage and interact with the Offshore Team is critical to the success of the broader Team
