Recruitment Onboarding Specialist

Are you seeking to bring your HR expertise to a globally respected firm? At Brunel, we're looking for a dedicated Talent Engagement Coordinator to manage and optimize our onboarding process for the Energy division.
In this role, you will play an integral part in ensuring a smooth transition for our new hires, delivering exceptional service and proactively improving our onboarding process.

• Oversee end-to-end onboarding process for new hires in the Energy team, including arranging pre-employment medicals, background checks, and inductions.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the onboarding process, enhancing efficiency and candidate experience.
• Maintain Brunel's spreadsheets and client portals with up-to-date and accurate information.
• Embody Brunel's Business Partner Model by prioritizing quality, trust, and accountability.
• Deliver regular communication and updates to candidates throughout the onboarding process.
• Compile and maintain internal databases with relevant candidate documents.
• Oversee all aspects of mobilization and compliance, including site access, training verification, travel arrangements, and accommodations.
• Prepare and ensure the accuracy of employment contracts.
• Establish and maintain relationships with service providers involved in the onboarding process.
• Nurture and maintain strong relationships with candidates and client contacts.
• Contribute to the identification and implementation of strategies for enhancing team efficiency.

• Previous experience in an onboarding role is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems/CRM’s and resume databases.
• Excellent attention to detail, with an understanding of the importance of compliance controls.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other relevant computer applications.
• Ability to manage onboarding requests across multiple systems.
• Capacity to escalate issues or provide feedback when necessary.
