About this role: Production Technicians
We are currently seeking six Production Technicians to join our Perth-based Lithium Mining team for an immediate start.
This is an excellent opportunity with the potential to transition to full-time employment.
We are looking for both entry-level and intermediate-level candidates to fill these positions.
The roles involve working on a 5/5/4 roster, which includes both day and night shifts, with each shift lasting 12 hours. This "Lifestyle Days and Nights" schedule provides a balanced work-life routine
- Operate production machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain product quality by monitoring and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, identifying and reporting any safety hazards or issues.
- Handle and move materials using mobile equipment such as Front End Loader, Skid Steer, EWP, and Forklift.
- Operate overhead cranes for material handling.
- Perform tasks that may involve working at heights and confined space entry.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and resolve issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of production/operator experience.
- Desirable: Certificate III in Process Plant Operations or equivalent.
- Proficiency in operating mobile equipment such as Front End Loader, Skid Steer, EWP, and Forklift.
- Experience in overhead crane operation.
- Familiarity with working at heights and confined space entry.
- Must have full Australian work rights.
- Ability to pass a full medical examination, including drug and alcohol testing.
