Production supervisor

We’re hiring Production Supervisor for one of our Leading MNC in Oil & Gas to join their growing team. This position is based out in Barmer.

Position: Production Supervisor.

YOE: 8 to 10 Years.

Contract: Permanent Role.

Location: Barmer.

• Supervise the field operations production shift team to achieve top quartile performance in safety, productivity and cost;
• Well-developed Trouble shooting capabilities;
• Good communication and organization skills;
• Work in a manner consistent with the operations philosophy of system ownership and with a heightened awareness of HSE;
• Permit to work knowledge;
• Emergency handling and response.

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Chemical, Petroleum or Scientific discipline;
• Degree with 8 years' experience within the Oil & Gas processing / Refining / Petrochemical field with a minimum of 4 years in supervisory position;
• Diploma with 10 years' experience within the Oil & Gas processing / Refining / Petrochemical field with a minimum of 6 years in supervisory position.).
