    Oversee installation, connection, patrolling, and testing of NavCom, IT, and owner-supplied systems. Coordinate third-party engineers and support system integration across IT, OT, and navigation platforms. Attend inspections, Mechanical/Electrical Completion (MC/EC), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and Sea Trials. Ensure systems meet specifications, approved drawings, class rules, and operational readiness for delivery. Troubleshoot, debug, and handover systems to vessel crew. Maintain accurate records: software versions, user credentials, serial numbers, and technical documentation. Submit structured weekly reports and follow up on technical comments. Review procedures and drawings when delegated, proactively addressing technical and construction issues. Comply with IMS, HSE, quality, environmental, and ethics policies.
