About this role: HR/IR Advisor

Dive into the dynamic world of renewable energy! Our esteemed global organization is on the brink of commencing the construction of a pioneering Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in Melbourne, 2023. This is a pivotal role at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless administrative and coordination processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Counsel both local and international teams regarding P&C.
  • Oversee the P&C segment during project initiation, including mobilization.
  • Assist managers in all IR-related concerns.
  • Ensure adherence to agreements specific to each project.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a P&C team with a focus on IR.
  • Extensive on-site P&C experience, preferably within the Construction or EPC sector.
  • Robust negotiation and persuasion capabilities.
  • Proficiency in fostering productive relationships with diverse groups, both within and outside the organization.
  • Previous interactions with, and adept management of, international stakeholders is a plus.
