Brunel is proud to collaborate with a respected Tier 3 commercial builder to bring aboard a Contract Foreman for a school project valued at 30M in Indooroopilly until the end of November. This is your chance to become part of a team that is shaping the educational landscape in QLD for 2023.

  • Lead, guide, and mentor the on-site team and trade partners.
  • Work closely with the CA and Project Manager on commercial build projects.
  • Strategically manage the project program.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure high-quality service.
  • Play a hands-on role, both with and without tools, to meet project demands.
  • Implement a solution-based approach to mitigate risks.
  • Oversee Health & Safety, quality, cost control, and budgeting.
  • Ensure the project meets its Key Performance Objectives.
  • Adhere to and ensure the team follows relevant policies, codes, and acts.
  • Manage subcontractors effectively.
  • Direct and lead site meetings and toolbox sessions.

Requirements

  • Valid Site Supervisor license.
  • 4-5 years of experience in commercial builds.
  • Previous involvement in commercial projects valued from $5M upwards.
  • Trade qualification.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans.
