Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join the team.
The successful candidate will initially lead the delivery of a $40M education project in Brisbane, taking full responsibility for programme, budget, stakeholder management and project outcomes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a builder with a strong pipeline of future education and commercial projects.
- Manage the successful delivery of projects from commencement through to completion.
- Lead project teams, consultants and subcontractors.
- Manage project budgets, forecasting and commercial performance.
- Drive programme, safety and quality outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Oversee procurement and contract administration processes.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a New Build Project Manager with a commercial head contractor.
- Proven experience delivering education projects valued at $20M+.
- Strong understanding of live school environments and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated success managing project budgets, programmes and teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
