We're seeking reliable, hands-on Production Operators to join our clients Subassembly and Soldering teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy practical, technical work and have a keen interest in electronics, precision assembly, and quality processes.

  • Perform manual and machine-assisted assembly of electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical components and subassemblies.

  • Carry out hand soldering and basic solder operations in line with work instructions and quality standards.

  • Prepare parts, tools, fixtures, and equipment required for daily production tasks.

  • Use hand tools and basic power tools safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks.

  • Follow written and verbal instructions, work orders, and production drawings to ensure correct assembly.

  • Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks to identify defects and ensure finished assemblies meet specifications.

  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area; comply with all workplace safety and quality procedures.

  • Support general production duties as required, including packaging, labelling, and documentation.

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly role preferred.

  • Hands-on experience with basic hand tools and comfort working with small components.

  • A basic understanding of electronics (components, circuits, soldering) and willingness to learn is highly desirable.

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions, read simple drawings or work orders, and produce consistent quality results.

  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
