Brunel is seeking a Fixed Plant Operator for a residential opportunity at Parker Point. We are looking for safety-focused individuals to work a rotating pattern of 5 nights, 5 days, and 4 nights, supporting critical fixed plant operations within a collaborative team environment.
Brunel is currently recruiting for a Fixed Plant Operator to join a major mining operation located at Parker Point. This is a 12-month contract opportunity suited to candidates with experience in fixed plant, processing, or industrial environments who are committed to maintaining safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor fixed plant equipment safely and efficiently
- Work around and support operations involving:
- Stackers
- Reclaimers
- Conduct routine operational checks and identify potential issues
- Maintain compliance with site safety procedures and workplace standards
- Collaborate effectively with operations and maintenance teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

To be successful in this position, you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a fixed plant, processing, mining, or industrial environment
- Exposure to FIFO or DIDO work environments
- Confidence working in challenging and remote conditions, including Pilbara climates
- Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Reliable work ethic with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Current Australian C-Class Manual Driver's Licence
- Full Australian working rights with no restrictions
- Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
- Must currently reside in, or be willing to reside in, the Dampier/Karratha region
