This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, variety, and the opportunity to build capability in a specialised industrial environment.
As a Terminal Operator, you'll support the safe and efficient running of terminal operations. Every shift brings something different, and you'll be an important part of ensuring product movements and on-site activities run smoothly.

Perform all terminal operations including shipping, product transfers, and tank gauging, including stock level calculations

Maintain stock control and accurate recording of product movements

Conduct truck loading operations and assist with the loading of packaged goods

Operate terminal control systems and follow established operational procedures

Carry out routine equipment checks and support site safety and housekeeping standards

Assist with coordination of deliveries, vessel operations, and general terminal tasks as required
- A trade qualification in a Mechanical / Technical field would be highly desirable
- Training and experience in truck and ship loading, as well as wharf duties is bonus but not required
- Experience in chemical handling facility operations desirable
- Understanding of handling Dangerous Goods and Hazardous chemicals
- Computer literacy
- Physically fit and ready for a hands-on job.
- Valid forklift license or willing to obtain
- Confined space training certification or be willing to obtain
- Willingness to complete a police check and drug and alcohol test.
