0We are currently seeking a highly experienced Site Manager with a passion for luxury residential construction. This is a rare opportunity to join a team that brings high-end architectural visions to life with precision and care. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of luxury home builds from start to finish, ensuring that quality, timelines, and budgets are all meticulously maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations across high-end residential projects
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard of quality and in compliance with plans and specifications
- Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and internal teams
- Manage and monitor construction schedules and project timelines
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean and compliant worksite
- Conduct quality checks and resolve any site issues promptly
- Report on project progress and provide updates to management
- Minimum 5 years' experience supervising high-end / luxury residential construction
- Strong carpentry background highly desirable
- Proven track record delivering multi-million-dollar custom homes
- Deep understanding of construction processes, materials, and architectural finishes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- QBCC Site Supervisor License (mandatory)
- Must have own vehicle - car allowance provided
- A true passion for luxury construction and an eye for fine detail
